  • Receiving goods from suppliers i.e. raw materials for production usage in the factory
  • Assisting in checking the correctness and condition of deliveries, verifying quantities and qualities of the commodities
  • Verifying the contents of consignments for goods awaiting dispatch from the warehouse, hub transfers etc.
  • Stock taking of the inventory inside the warehouse stores and updating the hubs inventory system, verifying discrepancies and reporting the same to the superiors

  • Inventory stock count for different goods in the warehouses and updating the findings to the Hubs Information system in real time
  • Preparation of Different Partner dispatch orders on the CHM platform, Consolidation of the same while taking into consideration changes made in regards to partner preferences and inventory levels.
  • Customer service to partners i.e. handling on complaints and challenges encountered, updating the partners on different inventory stock levels which influence their dispatch orders
  • Working with other team members in various departments by updating them on work progress, challenges encountered and working together to come up with solutions for the same
  • Preparing and issuing regular reports to senior management on work progress and issues that require immediate attention.
