I live my career at the intersection of people, plants, and purpose. By degree I am a landscape architect, stone sculptor and specialist in CEA & Cannabis, by trade I'm a reader of people — curious, intuitive, and drawn to understanding what truly empowers someone to flourish; whether that's a client, a teammate, or one of my three teenagers. This forensic curiosity is what powers my effectiveness in sales: I don't sell products, I understand friction points and build real relationships around solving them and delivering value beyond profit. For the past decade I've focused on the living substrate and biostimulant side of controlled environment agriculture — helping CEA growers and operations work with natural systems instead of against them. I'm passionate about telling this story: healthier, higher-yielding crops come from understanding regenerative living systems we've spent decades ignoring, not from engineering around them. It's work I find genuinely empowering, ethically and practically. I lead the way I design — by paying attention to what's already there. I believe teams do their best work when people are empowered to operate from their own strengths, not forced into a mold. I've seen both versions up close, and I understand which one produces results. Outside of work, I'm a lifelong student of nature — hiking, backpacking, and a long-running relationship with plant medicines that has shaped how I think about growth, patience, and resilience.  I'm looking to bring that combination — technical curiosity, relationship-driven sales instincts, and a genuine belief in regenerative systems — to work that allows me to build something of purpose in this life.
