I’m a Talent Operations and People Ops leader with 10+ years of experience helping startups and growing companies scale efficiently, intentionally, and sustainably. I’ve partnered closely with founders, executives, and hiring managers to build hiring infrastructure from the ground up, implementing ATS systems, designing interview processes, training stakeholders, and creating workflows that actually scale. I’ve supported organizations from 40 employees to over 200+, hiring across Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A during high-growth and high-pressure periods. While my background is rooted in recruiting, my real strength is operations: building systems, improving processes, driving alignment, and making hiring easier for the business. I’m especially effective in early- to mid-stage environments where structure matters, but agility is still critical.
