Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise staff in supplying production materials to the assembly line in production of devices.
Supervising the production of devices in assembly line.
Offering expertise support together with our consortium JPIK from Portugal to technicians in assembly Line.
Supervising the organizations and storage of finished process Devices in the warehouse.
Supervise dispatching, distribution and delivery of devices to schools in the Republic of Kenya - DLP.
Supervise Technicians and provide technical support to during installation of devices.
Work with ICTA Regional Supervisors and County officers on Digital Literacy Programme – DLP on distribution of Learning Devices across the country.
Offer and provide after sale services- Maintenance to the devices in schools on DLP Project.
Supervise staff in Project Digital Literacy Project (DLP) Call Centre – Eldoret.
Key player in production and distribution of 2019 Census devices.
Provide supervisory and technical support in the assembly Line.
Offer proper documentation together with Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS) officers in ensuring quality check on devices.

ERP Systems Management:
Lead the management of students and staff in ERP systems.
Oversee user access and permissions within the ERP systems.
Provide training and support to ensure effective utilization of ERP functionalities.
Coordinate with relevant departments to implement and optimize ERP modules.
Implement and maintain ERP solutions:
o Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement ERP solutions.
o Customize and configure ERP systems to meet the specific needs of academic and administrative processes.
o Monitor and update ERP systems regularly to ensure efficiency and security.
Network Oversight:
Oversee complex logical and structured networks.
Develop and implement network architecture and design standards.
Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure adherence to best practices in network security and data integrity.
Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure:
o Plan and execute the installation of network hardware and software.
o Collaborate with IT teams to deploy upgrades and updates.
