Team Player/Management -Experience in working with monitoring and evaluation teams, excellent team working skills, good organizational and social skills. -Creating and sustaining a work environment of mutual respect where team members strive to achieve excellence. -Helping team members identify problem-solving options and ensure the integration of all team members into relevant decision-making processes. - Core competency in managing people and projects. Language Skills - Possess good communication skills both spoken and written in English and in Hausa, kanuri languages.
