I have gained extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning. In my role, I am responsible for designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems for a variety of projects, including education, health, and economic empowerment, I am a highly skilled and experienced MEAL professional with a proven track record of success

Work experience

2020-2021 Working in UWEZO Youth Empowerment on the USAID Project that UWEZO partnered with SAVE THE CHILDREN entitled ‘MUREKE DUSOME’ as a Project Inclusive Coordinator for 1 year. This project was mainly working on the engagement of children with disabilities and their families in inclusive reading and writing activities (reading story telling books in reading clubs and at home)
Achievements and contributions:
 Being a coordinator and Managing Mureke Dusome Inclusion in Burera, Gasabo, Ngororero, Kirehe and Ruhango Districts,
 Coordinating all-inclusive activities of Mureke Dusome in 66 sectors that made the 5 Five District highlighted above,
 Recruited and engaged 137 Youth Volunteers with Disabilities from 66 sectors, trained them how to work with the families of Children with disabilities and engage them in literacy inclusive activities.
 Worked with Save the Children team to cover all objectives of the Project.
 Managed to identify and to work with 3,824 parents/caregivers of children with disabilities.

2018-2020 working with VSO in partnership with UWEZO Youth empowerment in Health project called “Ejo Heza” as an Actor/ Facilitator and coordinator of THEATRE FOR A CHANGE team.

Work experience

2016-2018 Worked in Rwanda Agriculture Board (RAB) for two years as a Data Collection Person or Enumerator in Twigire Muhinzi Project
Achievements and contributions:
ü Interviewing farmers, local government leaders, local specialists in agriculture according to surveys held.
ü Follow up on the execution and implementation of TwigireMuhinzi projects through holding and conducting the survey on the projects.
ü Help farmers to understand all about Twigire Muhinzi projects and help them with the new agricultural policies introduced by the government.

2015- 2016 Worked in Rwanda Agriculture Board (RAB) for one year as a Data Entry Person in Twigire Muhinzi Project
Achievements and contributions:
ü Arranging copies provided by Data collection Team and preparing them for data entry team.
ü Entering all data provided by the field team into the excel data sheets prepared by the overall team coordinator; and
ü Correcting and filtering mistakes made by data entry persons while entering data.

Work experience

2014 Worked in Kaymu Rwanda for seven months in Acquisition team as an ambassador.
This casual position was generally about acquiring sellers to sell their products online as well as marketing for the company and maintaining the great partnership between sellers and the company.
\Achievements and contributions:
ü Help and educate sellers how to buy and sell online.
ü Taking pictures of Sellers’s products create the Sellers’s accounts on the Kaymu Platform
ü Team working with other departments and follow up on sellers acquired.
