Who bought the land where the school is situated. i mean in whose name is the land agreement registered. what were terms of engagement between you and... the NGO. Good to revise it. Did you sign any document before receiving the grant? If yes did you understand the terms and conditions very well. My advise then is carry every document and seek the opnion of a legal person to understand the engagement terms and conditions. If the land belongs to you then you have a better ground to argue. By the way who has been paying teachers. If at all they are the ones paying and meeting the running costs then it could be better to seek support of the authorities in mediating both of you and perhaps have a fresh beginning. I say all this believing in what you stated. however there are also people whom agencies hire to put up community project and because they are at the fore front, they later want to personalise projects. if you are such then you need to re think your intent.  more
