What You'll Do

- Source qualified candidates for open positions
- Create and manage recruiting campaigns using your preferred sourcing methods
- Conduct candidate outreach and engagement
- Screen applicants and identify strong candidates
- Coordinate introductions between candidates and hiring managers
- Help fill critical positions efficiently and professionally
- Maintain records of candidate activity and referrals

Who We're Looking For

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or hiring experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to identify and engage qualified candidates

- Ability to independently attract and identify qualified candidates

What Success Looks Like

Successful Talent Acquisition Partners are able to independently source, engage, and introduce qualified candidates for open positions using their preferred recruiting methods and resources.

We welcome recruiters with diverse sourcing strategies and encourage candidates to utilize the tools, networks, and systems they find most effective.

Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity.

Talent Acquisition Partners earn commission based on successful placements and qualified hires that meet company requirements.

There is no cap on earning potential.

Additional commission details will be provided during onboarding.

We are currently seeking Creator & Studio Acquisition Partners to help... expand our growing ecosystem.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility will be identifying and introducing qualified creators, studios, and creative professionals to Flux Streaming.

This includes:

Independent animation studios

Independent live-action studios

Independent filmmakers

Show creators

Production teams

TikTok editors

Video editors

Creative professionals interested in supporting platform growth

Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity.

Partners earn recurring commission based on the revenue generated from the creators, studios, and professionals they successfully introduce to the platform.

There is no cap on earnings.

Build relationships within communities, online groups, homeschooling networks, and educational organizations

Refer interested students to our admissions process

Follow up with prospective families when appropriate

Help expand awareness of the academy


Who We're Looking For

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals

Comfortable working independently

Experience in education, admissions, recruiting, sales, marketing, community outreach, or customer service is helpful but not required

Passion for helping students access educational opportunities


Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity.

Student Enrollment Partners earn:

20% commission on successful enrollments generated through their referrals.

Commission details and payment schedules will be discussed during onboarding.

There is no limit to the number of students you may refer and no cap on earning potential.

For every client you successfully bring to Aurelia NV, you will earn:

$200 per month, per active client

As long as the client remains active and in good standing, you continue receiving monthly commission payments.

There is no cap on the number of clients you can bring in and no limit on earning potential.

Examples

5 active clients = $1,000/month

10 active clients = $2,000/month

20 active clients = $4,000/month
