This opportunity is ideal for experienced recruiters, talent acquisition specialists, staffing professionals, and individuals who enjoy connecting talented candidates with meaningful opportunities.

What You'll Do

- Source qualified candidates for open positions
- Create and manage recruiting campaigns using your preferred sourcing methods
- Conduct candidate outreach and engagement
- Screen applicants and identify strong candidates
- Coordinate introductions between candidates and hiring managers
- Help fill critical positions efficiently and professionally
- Maintain records of candidate activity and referrals

Who We're Looking For

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or hiring experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to identify and engage qualified candidates

Preferred Qualifications


- Strong sourcing and candidate outreach abilities
- Established recruiting workflows and processes
- Access to professional recruiting resources, networks, job boards, sourcing channels, or candidate communities
- Ability to independently attract and identify qualified candidates
- Familiarity with modern recruiting and hiring practices

Successful Talent Acquisition Partners are able to independently source, engage, and introduce qualified candidates for open positions using their preferred recruiting methods and resources.

We welcome recruiters with diverse sourcing strategies and encourage candidates to utilize the tools, networks, and systems they find most effective.

Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity.

Talent Acquisition Partners earn commission based on successful placements and qualified hires that meet company requirements.

There is no cap on earning potential.

Additional commission details will be provided during onboarding.
