"I have worked with Rachel as a co-director for the management company for the flats we own. She is very good at getting to the point of things and not wasting time, she also compliments the way I work as in many ways we are opposites, but that creates a level balance and ensures we get things done correctly, because although we don't always agree and frequently have different viewpoints on things, I think we force each other to think before jumping to our instinctual position. It's always good to be challenged and I'm a complete believer in always admitting when you are wrong rather than seeing that as a weakness and doubling down on an incorrect position, it's not a weakness it's a strength - and I think Rachel makes me think about whether alternative viewpoints or courses of action are the right way to go. I think hopefully I have the same effect on her, so all in all she's a great person to work with as I enjoy being made to assess things differently and hopefully I challenge her and show her perspectives she hasn't considered too."
