  • My coworker who sits next to me really annoys me, she’s always stealing my ideas. If I talk about something or mention an idea, she later presents it to the boss like it was hers. She also keeps...

    I have an idea:
I have a talk with the Boss and tell them to keep it quiet about it and to like act very thing is normal (if there are trustworthy, if... it leaks it means there in on it together or have or some kind of relationship), then go talk to girl about how annoying she has been and tell her to stop (Script below). The reason why you need to talk to the Boss first is to have the leverage, so that when she( the annoying one) comes complaining to the boss about how mean you are or something to seem like a victim (beacause she probably will after
you tell her about her behavior towards you), you will win.

The script for the Boss: you should start like "I've been having an issue with [Coworker] taking credit for my work. I’ve decided to have a direct"

The script for the annoying one: I’ve noticed you’ve been presenting my project ideas as your own and looking at my screen frequently. It’s making it difficult for me to trust our working relationship. I need you to stop using my ideas without attribution and give me some physical space to work. (hard to play victim against someone who is simply asking for credit for their own work) and record the interaction if you can (if the law allows it, if not inform her via email).
