  • Through my media contacts, I was able to mitigate negative stories perpetrated by our competitors from publication or aired.
  • Set new discourse of discussions in the media industry about education by bringing together top political leadership and education stakeholders, hence making them realize the essentiality of introducing technology in early childhood education.
  • Provided a platform for bright Bridge pupils residing in marginalized areas to be known to the public by publishing their case studies. This led to many being recognized by foreign donors hence offering annual scholarships to two boys and two girls to study in the United States of America.
  • Developed, planned and coordinated a campaign dubbed as Girl Power which saw the coming together of senior political leaders, education stakeholders and the media to celebrate the girl and set an agenda on empowering the girls living in marginalized areas and address their essential needs. Out of this campaign, many girls joined Bridge schools in East and West Africa under scholarships from donors, federal state ,and county governments.
  • Develop outreach exercises in Kenya and Uganda where staff members and teachers are to join hands and make door-to-door walk and reach out to the children who do not attend school.
  • Use local radio stations and televisions to reach the people.
  • Collect information from the staff members about the outreach exercise.
  • Use the information gathered from the staff and use the findings to develop reports and recommendations on the policies.
  • Coordinated numerous CSR events for the company basing on the three pillars; Health, Child Welfare & Education and Environment. These expeditions have seen many students who hail from marginalized areas benefit from the scholarship programmes, people getting food through the company’s feeding programme and partnered with private and public corporations to protect the environment through the biodiversity programmes all which I manage.
