I have a remote job and then I have had those teams interviews as well. You have to look up the company before the interview. Also, during the... interview, is someone on video or are they just talking through chat. Teams is a video conference platform like Zoom, if they aren't interacting through video on either one, I am not moving forward with anything. I had someone contact me through Indeed and say I was going to be a personal assistant to this real estate guru. Then they said they were going to send me a check and asked me to cash it. That is a flag on the play, it is a shame we can't just look for work without having to worry about being scammed. Go with your gut, you know when it doesn't feel right or something seems off, then definitely don't move forward.
