Work experience
  • Responsible for the implementation of all cash for work activities in the project with focus on livelihoods disaster risk reduction (DRR) and resilience programme with consortium.
  • Mobilize and sensitize representatives from line government ministries, county government and other stakeholders to proactively take part in in strengthening community resilience to shocks through cash for work activities.
  • Develop and impact necessary trainings for staff, community members and partners related to cash for work strategies
  • Monitor and support the timely and appropriate utilization of budget for all cash for work
  • Develop and maintain networks with external actors in the triangle and across the border on cash for work.
  • Support households to cushioned from adverse socio-economic effects of COVID-19 through cash for work, unconditional cash transfers and targeted livelihood recovery support
