Work experience

To faciliate FGD with deputy GBV TA in DamboaTo attend meetings with MdM, partners and community leaders/members
To ensure survivor center case management to GBV and MHPSS clientsTo collaborate with community mobilizers
To provide and promote GBV and MHPSS ActivitiesProvide counselling using survivor Centre approach and other adequate GBV counselling principles
Provide GBV psycho education to clients and other information to clients and other key information regarding MdM services and other services
Ensure all work with clients are confidential and that ethical practices are observed in culturally appropriate way, especially with respect to gender sensitivities and lots more.
Shared data at the end of every month with GBV survivorsProvide internal and external referrals and follow up services to clients to clients according to their needs
Identify and respond to clients needs arising needs and work in close collaboration with the MHPSS and PHC teams to ensure clients psychosocial support and other needs are well met.
Work in close collaboration with GBV TA to update referral pathways and systems between community, and other actors.
Support clients to navigate complex administrative systems and advocate on their behalf with health, legal and justice systems and other services as required.
Ensure services being provided to clients are well coordinate manner.
