 Compile data and support analysis and preparation of reports such as monthly Indicator Tracking Table & Quarterly narrative reports to be submitted to the Donor
 As AIMs champion for South Sudan, follow up with respective project managers to ensure that project information/data are updated in AIMS and provide support in case of any challenge experience by the project team
 Regularly update HPF MEL Data base (AIMS) & DHIS2 and carry out quality checks on the database
 Follow up submission of monthly progress reports and Indicator tracking tables with the projects managers of Amref south Sudan, review, consolidate and share with MEL manager
 Act as a point of contact for HPF in the field in the absence of the Lot Coordinator/ manager
 Monitor project activities implementation through review of reports and field visits
 Participate in the project’s quality, implementations, particularly through identifying weakness and strengths in Amref Health Africa in South Sudan M&E issues and report to the Supervisor
 Assist in Identifying M&E and data quality gaps and suggest appropriate solutions to address the gaps
 Assist in developing M&E plans, M&E reporting calendar, data collection and reporting tools
 Follow up with the CHD M&E Officers of Ibba & Maridi counties under the HPF project to ensure that all the HMIS, E-Pharmaceutical & IDSR Reports are submitted and entered into DHIS2 system Before deadline and also ensure that all the HMIS registers and reporting tools are available in the health facilities
 Conduct regular support supervision to health facilities to provide on job training & mentorship and also strengthen the capacity of CHD M&E officers of Maridi and Ibba through mentorship
 Ensure that partners submit monthly and activity report on time
 Plan quarterly review meeting for the project
 Present data to internal and external stakeholders to share lessons learned especially during Quarterly Review Meetings ,Project Technical Review Meetings & State coordination meetings
 Actively participate to project implementation & coordination meetings
 Attending State partners coordination meeting and County project review meeting
 Compile regular field monitoring reports including lessons learned and provide feedback to the supervisor
 Provide M&E verbal and written reports on a weekly basis to the supervisor
