  • Develop and supervise the execution of detailed implementation plan for the project portfolios. Achieved timely delivery, within budget and to the agreed quality specifications of the project deliverables.
  • Design, development, and implementation of livelihood skills that empower the adolescent and young women to acquire business and social skills to cope with the disasters and conflict at the refugee Camps/settlements.
  • Development and revision of soft skills manuals and modules for functional literacy and numeracy, life skills including counseling, conflict resolution, psychosocial support, healthy living skills, reproductive health and HIV, Work readiness and safety at workplaces.
  • Developing monitoring tools for the skills for life project and undertaking the monitoring and evaluation field activities to track, capture progress and documentation of lessons learnt and best practices for project improvement.
  • Draft spending plans, procurement plans and work plans based on activities and budget. Managed variances by drafting monthly budget projections to guide the implementation of activities.
  • A member of procurement committee, ensure compliance to tender process and adherence to achieve quality service delivery.
  • Supervises project assistants and field skills trainers to ensure quality project implementation and reporting by providing leadership and necessary management support.
