  • took lead in the implementation of LIP project activities in Aboke Sub-county, Kole District.
  • Ensure quality in rolling out of education project models and ensuring sufficient funds are allocated to activities in annual plans. I have full mastery and delivery methodology of the key education models like, Community Literacy Project, Unlocked Literacy both in school and out of school, Safe School, Citizen Voice and Action amongst other.
  • Support training of P1 to P3 teachers on the 5 core reading skills. How to make IMS and relate it to actual classroom experience for learners between P1 to P3.
  • Develop project working document, Log frame, cash flow and indicator tracking table. I have participated in the development of the log frame for Aboke AP education project.
  • Mapping of communities to establish learning centres around school. This goes hand in hand with identification community reading clubs volunteers to conduct reading camps in the learning centres.
  • Support mobilize parents to participate in education intervention in the community of project intervention as well as support their children literacy development
  • Manage project budget.
  • Support in follow up of at risk children/ RCs and provision of guidance and counselling to the children.
  • Coordinate with the District Education Department to conduct teacher-training both in unlock literacy core literacy skills for teachers of P.1-P.3 teachers and child development for ECD teachers.
  • Together with the District, sub-county education stakeholders, conducted monitoring of activity implementation and outputs.
  • Held reflection and review meetings with stakeholders on project implementations both strength and weaknesses and together drew work plan for project improvement.
