The main responsibilities:
full scope of supporting and conducting in the country all main global campaigns: (Performance Review, Talent Review, Global salary review, «off cycle» review).
learning support, country learning needs reviewing. Signing the contracts with local/global vendors, employees informing, supporting.
responsible for HR strategy for the country
recruiting (CV`s review, job interview, f2f with hiring managers, offer preparation)
HR policies localization/creation (bonus policy, travel, salary, equal opportunity, remote work, family leave policy, etc.)
take part in audits (global KIC assessments, local from Mazars)
process owner for medical insurance tender process. Working closely with broker to support all employees needs.
The main achievements:
Local customer care center creation (recruitment, building the team, learning, on-boarding)
HR integration with another legal entity which was bought by global SE (full HR integration, payroll transferring to external provider)
increasing the level of employees internal growth at the company (internal promotions, work with young talents, potential employees)

support salary increases to market level
