  • Provide training and support to staff members on ICT-related topics, including IT security awareness, software applications, and new technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to identify ICT requirements, procure ICT equipment and services, and ensure the timely delivery and implementation of ICT solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and solutions to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and security of ICT systems and infrastructure.
  • Conduct fiber optic splicing and termination to extend and maintain the organization's fiber optic network infrastructure.
