Work experience

I.Sales and Marketing of variety of Cosmopolitan Sacco products in Naivasha region.
II. Receiving ,registration, classifing and documentation of Cosmopolitan Sacco customer's membership application form, loans form among others.
III. Assisting newly joined and existing members to activate their account in their phones using Mobile Banking platforms of Cosmopolitan Sacco.
Iv. Ensuring all forms of different products at Cosmopolitan Sacco are well filled and relevant documents attached.
V.Continuous education to members, direct sales for products uptake, Monitoring the Sacco members queries and escalate customer enquiries and complaints to marketing and branch Managers.
Vi.Preparing marketing plan and executing it.
Vii. Market research on variety of needs of potential members , activities of the competitors and suggesting recommendation to the marketing manager.
Viii. Supporting the marketing officer in compiling customers feedback and making reports to enable follow up on identified service gaps and enable decision making.
iX. Type, scan, photocopy, bind and print various products documents used in dairy operation of the Sacco.
X. Communicate and follow-up on interested customers, new Sacco members,dormant account.
Xi. Manage telephone communication and direct calls to the respective recipients for further action;
Xii. Maintain up to date file systems of the accounts opened and track the performance of such account.
