  • Hi, can someone help me with breathing exercises to calm down? I get really nervous before interviews and don’t know how to relax. Thanks!

    This qi gong method will give you fast and effective results if practiced 30 mins a day divided into three 10 min sessions . Simply sit on a chair,... back straight but relaxed. Close eyes and mouth. Focus on the breath moving in and out of your nostrils. Begin to soften the breath as you inhale a feeling of relaxation and exhale a feeling of letting go. Relax on the breath in, let go of all tensions and stress on the breath out. Continue to relax and let go deeper with each breath until the relaxation saturates your entire being during inhalation and all mental, emotional and physical stress is released during exhalation. Continue with your attention on the process for 10 mins. Remember to catch your mind as it wonders off and bring it back to the task at hand. Results are felt immediately if practiced in this manner.
