Work closely with HR to ensure that staff employed in the organization have undergone thorough checks on Protection/Safeguarding, before being employed in the organization.
Conduct Protection/Safeguarding Risk Assessment across all sectors of the organization and design a mitigation and Action plan for identified risks, follow up on the Action Plan, and review and update the Safeguarding Risk Register throughout the Project Cycle.
Update the Protection/Safeguarding Policies and ensure all are following the principles and requirements of the relevant Humanitarian and national policies on Protections, including relevant Implementation Standards and Guidelines.
