About

I have a bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from the Atlantic International University (USA), a diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kyambogo University, and several certificates achieved due to excellent performance, and responsibility in various offices I worked in. With support from GIZ under the Project Development Progrmme ( PDP ), we covered the following: Solar System Design, Planning, Construction and commissioning, Project Development, Essentials of Feasibility Studies, Energy Storage, Operations and Maintenance, Technical Fault Detection, Min Grids. As a research and development (R&D) engineer, I want to dive deep into different technological spaces in hydrogen power. I am a Certified Health & Safety Officer, from the Royal Academy of Engineering at Makerere University and have several Online and physical training. I am an active member of the USEA (Uganda Solar Energy Association) I have worked with Telecommunications Companies, MTN, and Airtel for 22 years. In the total number of towers, each network has less than 40% that are on renewable energy resources. I started as a field technician and with time I have been promoted over the years up to the level of Power Manager.
