A McKinsey Forward Alumni with experience working in various departments and Industries, including graphic design, UI/UX design, B2C & B2B sales and Human resources. These experiences have helped me understand how companies interact with their employees and customers to deliver the best customer experience. Having a customer-centric approach is the best in ensuring organisational growth. I have a strong interest in customer-centric approaches in the field of sales and marketing and HR. My core area of interest is creating customer journey maps on how customers move from one point to another, how people interact with products, and how it affects their purchasing decisions from the marketing point of view until a sale is complete. My business analytics and data analytics knowledge come into play to help me understand this better and how it affects business in the long run. I believe in taking chances and taking on new challenges to push myself outside my comfort zone because that's the only way to grow. Most of all, I am a problem solver.
