"Thank you for sending this Endorse for my feedback. Unfortunately, my experience with Ellen was disappointing. She did not demonstrate strong attention to detail, and several costly mistakes were identified in the preparation of my 2024 tax return.
As a first-time customer, I expected a higher level of accuracy, especially given her CPA designation. I was surprised by the number of missed items in the return she prepared. Had I not thoroughly reviewed the documents myself, the errors could have resulted in significant financial consequences for my husband and me.
I had interviewed her beforehand and felt confident in her expertise, but the final outcome did not reflect that. I will not be using her services again. I advise others to exercise caution."
