"She made a $26,000 error in favor of the IRS on an electronically filed tax return. I identified the mistake only after the return had already been submitted. When I brought this serious error to her attention, her response was dismissive—she simply stated, “Everyone makes mistakes,” and offered no apology or accountability.

Despite the error being entirely hers, she charged me $65 to file an amended Form 1040 to correct it. That amendment was never successfully processed. She then demanded an additional $65 to resubmit the Form 1040X, which also failed. As a result of her repeated mistakes and incompetence, I was forced to file a paper Form 1040X myself.

Due to this mishandling, it took nearly three years for me to recover the $26,000 owed to me by the IRS. Her lack of professionalism, accountability, and competence caused significant financial stress and unnecessary delay. She is one of the worst CPA/tax professionals I have ever dealt with."
