I have been working in the recruitment field for more than seven years, of which five years in management positions as the head of the department, HR Team Lead. Filled various vacancies from line personnel to TOP management. I have experience working with IT vacancies both in Ukraine and in the CIS countries. I form effective teams from scratch in international companies. I love my profession and am always enthusiastic about my work. The team is a very important component of both business and the quality of life in whole. Therefore, I always approach with great responsibility the formation of a new team or maintaining the climate in an already established team. In April 2018 attended the "Team and HR" course and received a diploma on the successful completion of refresher courses.
