Dr. Boakye has been a colleague, whom I have known since September 2016. My encounter with him over the past 7-8 years has been inspiring and insightful, having worked with him on several field projects. His transformative leadership style, characterized by empathy and drawing everyone along through service, diligence and discipline led to the initiation of relevant steps that revamped and reverberated the units he led. Similarly, he initiated several steps in resolving several social issues among the students he tutored, coupled with serving as a distinguished speaker during academic forums and research fairs, commemorative events and assuming several lead roles in both academic and extra-curricular activities. He has in diverse ways exhibited good leadership skills and rapport among his colleagues. I believe his desire to solve basic problems that stem from nature is fueled by the keen interest he has developed in acquiring modern and globally acclaimed skills and ideas to network himself, and transform lives positively. Considering his leadership traits, business skills, mentorship experience, love and commitment to serve and influence the lives of others, he has what it takes to contribute towards the realization of organizational/institutional goals in Ghana, Africa and beyond.
