Dr. Maryoung brings a rare blend of pastoral presence, prophetic insight, and creative brilliance to everything she touches. She completed her Doctor of Ministry at Pacific School of Religion with a powerful project exploring how the principles of Ubuntu can transform higher education, especially in the areas of admissions and student retention. Her work is both visionary and deeply practical.

Chynaah is a force in the pulpit, a gifted preacher whose words resonate with compassion, conviction, and depth. Before ministry, she spent many years as a professional singer, and that artistry carries through in the cadence and clarity of her leadership. We’ve co-facilitated DEI trainings and are currently collaborating on a podcast that reflects our shared commitments to justice, faith, and spiritual formation.
