Key Responsibilities-

Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
Assist teams in screening resumes
Conduct initial phone screens
Schedule calls and interviews
Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle paperwork (e.g. offer letters)
Coordinate drug tests and background checks
Participate in recruiting events

Senior PHP Developer

Farmkart is looking for an experienced PHP developer to create and maintain software for retail and e-commerce. The successful candidate will help to manage, design, research, and implement new software programs. The main role will be to lead the design and implement features in our core backend services. The candidate must be strategic, self-motivated, creative, and highly... communicative both verbally and in writing, capable of adapting quickly to a fast-paced and evolving environment.



Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement new software programs.
Recommend improvements to existing programs as necessary.
Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.
Define, implement, and manage the database model design a framework for creating user apps that grow with the needs of the company review app and feature coding and plan future website upgrades with the development team
Analyze, recommend and utilize mature programming methodologies and adhere to coding standards, procedures, and techniques.

Requirements:

7-10 years of experience as a PHP Developer, Database Developer, or similar related role is a must.
Strong knowledge of web development tools and programming tools.
Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
A deep understanding of databases, data structures, Laravel, microservices, HTTP, and how they all fit together with knowledge of JQuery, AJAX, MySQL, and (LAMPS) is required.
Use of database platforms such as MongoDB, MySQL, and SQLite
Experienced in database structures, Query optimization, normalizing and making it very efficient.
Past experience in the e-commerce domain is a bonus
2 or more years working in an Agile environment, Postman, AWS Server Deployment, Docker, Virtual Environment
Significant experience in building secure, scalable RESTful APIs (Laravel preferred)
Knowledge of Javascript, JQuery, AJAX, MySQL, and (LAMPS) required.
Use of database platforms such as MongoDB, MySQL, and SQLite
Experienced in database structures, minimizing, normalizing, and making them very efficient.
Experience in the Use of WebSockets to interface with the front-end platform strong understanding of different algorithms for searching, data management, and security projects in e-commerce websites are a plus development for the backend in a mobile platform is a plus


Minimum requirement:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
