  • Set up and developed the M&E Systems through development of a robust MEL Framework, LogFrame and capacity building partners on M&E activities for the project. Developed field monitoring plans and tools for M&E and communication teams as well as oversaw awarding of the project external evaluator. Developed PMP indicators (including PMP indicator reference sheets) and targets and planned the baseline survey. Spearheaded the development of the baseline survey tools and planning for the baseline survey data collection in 8 counties of Kenya as well as data analysis and report writing as the lead point of contact person. Spearheaded the setting up of a robust web-based system that tracks over 60,000 project beneficiaries/girls spread over the 520 schools in the 8 counties. Planned and executed the project Evaluations and Rapid assessments towards assessing the learning outcomes among the education of girls from marginalized and poor regions of Kenya.   • Successfully set up M&E structure for the Healthcare waste management project at PATH by developing the M&E Plan and Program monitoring plan (PMP) and a project activity monitoring dashboard.
  • Improved the quality of data for the ARIFU project through data audits, data reconstruction and increased reporting rates. Included was a successful; launch of mobile-based reporting through Magpi platform.
