A high caliber, self-motivated and resourceful professional with more than 14 years’ experience of clinical practice in the public health, mining and education sector. I have more than five (5) years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation and programme management in the public sector, Ministry of Health and Child Care (4 years) and Higher education sector Midlands State University (two years). Have demonstrated experience in monitoring and evaluation and overseeing implementation of the Global Fund supported programs (HIV, TB, Malaria and Covid 19) in Zimbabwe (Mimosa Mining Company & Provincial Medical Directorate Matabeleland South Province). I have demonstrated capacity in monitoring and evaluation of complex programmes and familiar with the Ministry of Health and Child Care structures and managerial processes to achieve the intended goals and mission of the Ministry as defined in the National Health Strategy (NHS) 2021-2025 in line with National Development Strategy 1(NDS-1) as well as the Ministry and Global Fund policies and procedures as specified in the grant agreements. I am also familiar with the Higher Education Institutions (Universities) structures and processes to achieve the intended goals and mission of the Ministry (Heritage based Education-5.0) which is in line with National Development Strategy 1(NDS- 1). I am also familiar with performance contracts and strategic plans within the Higher Education Sector (Universities). Possessing vast experience of coordinating and managing data collection, data management, providing clear guidance and leadership to a team. Highly experienced in research development, monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, database management and project management.
