I am a peacebuilding, governance, and social development professional with extensive experience designing and implementing programmes that promote peace, security, human rights, social inclusion, and community resilience across Africa and the United Kingdom. I recently completed an Executive Master's in Managing Peace and Security in Africa from the Institute for Peace and Security Studies (IPSS), Addis Ababa University, further strengthening my expertise in conflict prevention, mediation, governance, and policy analysis.
My professional experience spans civil society, humanitarian, criminal justice, safeguarding, and international development sectors. I have led and supported initiatives in youth empowerment, education, gender equality, disability inclusion, resource mobilisation, and peacebuilding, working with government institutions, UN agencies, development partners, and civil society organisations. I have also provided frontline support to vulnerable individuals affected by domestic abuse, social exclusion, and complex needs through trauma-informed, person-centred approaches.
I am passionate about advancing the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) and Youth, Peace and Security (YPS) agendas, strengthening democratic governance, preventing violent conflict, and promoting inclusive and sustainable development. My research interests include peacebuilding, conflict transformation, governance, youth participation, human security, and resilience in fragile and conflict-affected contexts.
I am seeking opportunities to contribute my skills in programme management, policy development, peacebuilding, stakeholder engagement, advocacy, monitoring and evaluation, and partnership development within international organisations, multilateral institutions, NGOs, and government agencies committed to creating peaceful, just, and resilient societies.
