About

I am a Director of Research (DR1) (Ph.D, ATSF, FERS) at Inserm-Université Paris-Saclay (UMR_S 999), where I lead Team 1, focusing on Endothelial Dysfunction & Therapeutic Innovation in Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) at the Faculty of Medicine. I also direct the Master 2 program in Biologie, Physiologie, Pharmacologie de la Respiration et du Sommeil (B2PRS) at Université Paris-Saclay. My research centers on translational studies that aim to uncover the intricate molecular and cellular mechanisms driving vascular remodeling in pulmonary hypertension (PH). My primary goal is to identify and validate novel therapeutic targets with clinical potential. Specifically, I investigate how dysfunction within the BMP/TGF-β superfamily orchestrates the phenotypic diversity of the pulmonary endothelium. Additionally, I explore the dynamic interactions between pulmonary endothelial cells and their microenvironment. Research Interests: Pulmonary hypertension, vascular remodeling, endothelial dysfunction, BMP/TGF signaling.
