  • CleavingLuck of donor fundingDescripon:My experience of 10 years of working in partnership with Kenya ministry of health department of publichealth and other government agencies under USAID funded programme did prepare me adequately for this Role.My diplomac skills aquired and keen to detail a(tude were the requisite skills i needed whichenabled me accomplish most of my goals at previuos organisaonsI was privillaged to cordinate four di)erent grantees located in di)erent localies On climate jusce, programme was able to encalcate inclusivity in decision making process during dialogue session which i o)ered technical assistance by cra-ing the moderaon quesons where community memebers and others stakeholders led by the government agencises were fully involved during discussion , decision making and implementaon ,refered as procedural jusce .farmers were experiencing deterioraon of volume and quality of water in their farms as a result department of environment and sanitaon which I was the major stakeholder funding the community health strategy was able to achieve creaon of greenbelt zones around riparian zones through community sensizaon programme on importance of planng bamboo grass in riparian zones during community led total sanitaon project which I surpported the ministry with funding ,out of the intervenon e)ort we were able to declare riata ndogo village in taveta /rst open de)acaon free.this indicator went along to improve just sustainability to wildlife animals through ensuring they accesses clean drinking water despite the area being agricultural land with constant use of ferlizers for farmingEnvironment and sanitaon department had iniated plans to sensize the ranches around on the need to invest on soil conservaon as a result of grazing acvies resulng to surface runo) during rains as part to surppor distribuonal jusceAt path/nder internaonal I cordinated 17 government community units.through sensizaon and advocacy two community units were able rally community members bene/t from carbon credit trading with wildlife works community iniaves programme in mwatate and voi subcounes where communitymembers and ranches plant trees apart from increasing forest covers but also as carbon sink
