It's a shame we can't just plainly speak to a person these days. You should be able to call someone out on their bull crap. I was taught from... childhood if you didn't put it in the fridge then don't take it out of the fridge! My advice says poison the bastard with laxatives or an Ipecac! Why? because he is an adult male that should know better, Especially in a professional setting. What happened to integrity? And decency respect and consideration for others? If you didn't put it there leave it alone, you don't just find food you didn't buy in the refrigerator ! Someone put it there if you didn't put it there it doesn't belong to you leave it be!
