    Hi Silvia,
Sometimes we step back from limiting beliefs of what we "should" do and awake to what is important. Right now, at this point in your life,... you are cooking and preparing meals for kids...some might look at that and say it's a far more noble effort because so much of school cafeteria food is not healthy for children. You have chosen, for now, to take your skills, knowledge and experience and use them to help our most treasured group of people....children. Follow your heart and intuition...your on a path for a reason. This might only last for a short time or a longer time, it might lead you to reevaluate what is truly needed in meal planning and nutrition for children. Take it one day at a time, and focus on what makes you feel valued...to yourself first and the children you're helping second.  more
