  • Companies, especially newly established fin-tech companies need assistance on implementing robust compliance programs in-line with the relevant regulations. The objective was to advise these companies on establishing a compliance framework that would facilitate agreements with major European banks.
  • Two fin-tech companies needed guidance to develop a robust compliance program that aligned with legal requirements. I provided expert advice to the fin-tech companies, outlining the necessary steps to create and implement a comprehensive compliance program. Additionally, I prepared and delivered extensive training sessions on various compliance topics, including a 16-hour Introduction to Compliance, a 16-hour Anti-money laundering course, a 32-hour fraud awareness workshop, and a 16-hour fraud investigations seminar to various banks and associations.
  • As a consequence of the advisory and training services provided, the fin-tech companies successfully established their compliance programs, which led to the formation of agreements with prominent European banks, thereby enhancing their credibility and operational integrity in the financial sector.
