Good morning everyone. My name is Adelin Bayubahe. I am a motivated and community-focused young professional with a strong interest in accounting, leadership, education, and community development.
Regarding my educational background, I completed my secondary education at GS Paysannat L D , where I studied Mathematics, Economics, and Geography (MEG)at A-Level. I completed my A-Level studies in 2025.
Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Honors degree in Accounting at university. Through my studies, I am developing my knowledge of accounting, financial management, budgeting, business, taxation, and auditing.
Besides my education, I have experience in leadership and community development. I currently serve as an Executive Secretary and Board Member at Community Engaged for Development (CED), where I contribute to coordination, planning, documentation, reporting, and community activities. I also work as an English Trainer and Facilitator, helping young people improve their English communication, public speaking, and confidence.
I have also participated in different programs focused on youth development, leadership, social impact, and professional growth, including Wavumbuzi, Future Catalyst Fellowship, Academy Ubuntu, Kepler Iteme, and Social Impact Catalyst activities.
I am passionate about learning, leadership, accounting, youth empowerment, and creating opportunities for underserved communities. My long-term goal is to use my education, professional skills, and leadership experience to contribute to sustainable development and create a positive impact in my community and beyond.
