Result-oriented and dedicated Public Health professional with ten (10) years of experience supporting Polio eradication program National Immunization Plus Day, Supplemental immunization activities and non-Polio SIAs in Nigeria, working for non-profit and corporate clients. Established a history of creating effective results everywhere I go in an effort to serve humanity, make an impact and bring about positive change without holding back. This has made me always seeking opportunities to develop myself by gaining more knowledge. I am very enthusiastic and open to new ideas. Compile an LGA risk assessment of the cluster and share it with the Cluster consultant on a quarterly basis;
Prepare a 6-monthly surveillance work plan in the standard format, and submit the plan to the Cluster consultant.
Review LGA surveillance work plans every quarter and submits them to the Cluster consultant by the last week of the preceding quarter.

Develop weekly work plans and submit them to the Cluster consultant by Friday of the preceding week
Liaise with Field volunteers and Diseases Surveillance Notification Officer DSNOs to identify staff training needs.
