I am a result-driven Business Management professional seeking avenue where I can maximize my career potential. My course background has seen me gain skills in business administration, customer service, business development, sales management, marketing skills, statistics for management and management accounting led by my strong problem-solving and organizational skills. I have established a unique ability to steadfastly manage duties and responsibilities pertinent to a company's growth. I am currently a Relationship Officer at an advertising company. My role has helped me improve my customer engagement skills. I have recently worked as a loans and Collections officer at a micro finance Company equipping myself with skills such as excellent customer engagement skills, Confidence and persistence, good numeracy skills, strong IT skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. My previous work experience as a Sales and Marketing Intern has strengthened my skills and competencies in customer service, efficiency in operations management, relationship management, documentation, and business development through handling internal and external clients. Aside from this, I can work continuously on a task until completion.
