Andrea Ojeda

"I first worked closely with Andrea during our master’s capstone experience, where we collaborated on public relations and communications executions for both nonprofit and for-profit clients. Our Fall 2021 capstone project, completed in partnership with CUNY School of Medicine, focused on addressing urgent public health communication challenges. Working as part of the project team, we developed and presented a comprehensive communications strategy that incorporated awareness-building, misinformation mitigation, crisis communications, stakeholder mapping, and community trust-building initiatives. The project was recognized as one of the strongest in our cohort and ultimately selected as the winning capstone project. Through this experience, Andrea demonstrated strong collaboration, strategic thinking, professionalism, and an ability to translate complex challenges into effective communications solutions."
