Work experience

Facilitate participatory assessments and consultations with persons of concern (PoC) to understand their specific protection needs and challenges.
Support local communities in developing their protection initiatives, ensuring that vulnerable groups, such as women, children, and persons with disabilities, have equitable access to assistance.
Collect data on community dynamics and protection issues, contributing to the overall monitoring of UNHCR programs from an Age, Gender, and Diversity (AGD) perspective.
Work closely with local authorities, NGOs, and other stakeholders to build partnerships that enhance community resilience and protection mechanisms.

Work experience

Assist in the planning and execution of the distribution of agricultural tools and seeds, ensuring that these resources reach beneficiaries effectively and equitably.
Work closely with community members to raise awareness about the distribution process, encouraging participation and understanding of the benefits of using the provided tools and seeds.
Maintain accurate records of distributions, including beneficiary lists and inventory management, to ensure transparency and accountability.
Support monitoring activities to assess the impact of distributed resources on beneficiaries' agricultural productivity and food security.
Contribute to progress reports by documenting activities, challenges encountered, and feedback from beneficiaries.

Work experience

Assist in budgeting, tracking expenditures, and processing financial transactions related to health projects. This includes maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial reports.
Provide logistical support for project activities, including organizing meetings, managing documentation, and coordinating with team members to facilitate project implementation.
Ensure timely entry of financial data into relevant systems and assist in the preparation of progress reports for stakeholders, including UNHCR.
Help ensure that all administrative and financial practices comply with AHA’s policies and donor regulations.

Work experience

Manage the distribution of milling vouchers to eligible beneficiaries, ensuring that the process is transparent and equitable.
Work closely with refugee communities to explain the voucher system, gather feedback, and address any concerns regarding the milling services provided.
Track the usage of vouchers and assess the impact of the milling services on beneficiaries' food security and livelihoods.
Collaborate with local millers and other stakeholders to ensure the availability of milling services and maintain quality standards.
