Key Duties/Responsibilities


Timely posting of source documents, updating books of accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records in the accounting system.
Prepare proforma and tax invoices in consultation with Client Partners, and schedule weekly and monthly supplier payments.
Prepare and file statutory returns (PAYE, VAT, Withholding Tax, NSSF, NHIF) and ensure all taxes and deductions are paid on time.
Process monthly payroll, pay staff salaries and deductions promptly, and perform weekly bank reconciliations.
Generate weekly reports on sales, receivables, payables, bank balances, and investments; prepare monthly management reports and weekly cash flow forecasts.
Develop annual budgets, ensure audit readiness, manage external audits and tax filing, and maintain a proper filing system.
Maintain updated franchise sales and royalty records, produce monthly reports, and ensure timely reporting to Franchise Partners.


Key Qualifications


 Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, with CPA or ACCA qualification.
 At least 5 years of financial management experience, preferably in a leadership role.
 Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
 Proficient in financial applications coupled with solid reporting.
 Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
