Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient time management.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Act as a gatekeeper, screen calls, and prioritize communication.
Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
Ensure the executive is well-prepared for all engagements.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursements.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
Draft and manage communications on behalf of the executive.
Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
Manage executive office supplies and support the day-to-day administrative operations.
Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
