Also, it's important to know that, the ONLY constant thing in life is change. A company may have a terrible reputation because of some toxic people... most times in the leadership that mess up the whole place with their toxiciity and negative energy, if those people are taken out of the equation, everything changes instantly, so this may also be the case with your friend, so checking timelines and if possible checking in with present employees helps in making decisions like this especially in fast paced world like ours. For example I shouldn't be judging a product by a negative 5years old review someone wrote, that wouldn't be so fair, cos even you the buyer, you are most likely not who you use to be 5 years ago....Lol 😂 more

Reviews on an employer can be tricky because rarely do people expand on the whole truth let alone if and how the contributed to the demise lol. It... also depends on the persons mindset, outlook on life, work, what they prioritize (which will differ from you) and much more. Moving forward, I would never turn a job based on reviews. Go on the interview and do you homework on the facts of the company and come prepared with the right questions to ask an employer (including follow up and clarifying questions), then make an informed decision for yourself from how you feel leaving the interview and their responses to your questions. more
