Key Responsibilities:


Receive and verify returned goods from courier partners.
Conduct basic quality checks (item match, condition,completeness)
Update return records in the system and flag discrepancies.
Coordinate handover to the After Sales Team.
Maintain daily reports and an organized workspace.


Requirements:


Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
1-2 years experience in warehouse/logistics/e-commerce (preferred).
Keen attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of warehouse or e-commerce systems is a plus
