Hi everyone! I need some advice. The director of our company thinks you should only stay home if you have a very high fever. If I just have a cough and a runny nose but no fever, he makes me come to work.
I’ve already worked two days like this and feel like I’m about to collapse from exhaustion. Clients and coworkers are giving me weird looks because I’m coughing all the time. But my boss still won’t let me go home.
Is there any way to deal with this? Thank you.
