To grow, maintain and retain a portfolio of private banking customers in line with the segment value propositions, related initiatives and activities aimed at creating value for the client and the bank.

Personal and Private Banking
5-7 years
Experience in sales, service, relationship management, credit applications and financial acumen (i.e., proven sales track record in the Financial service industry.)
Identifies business opportunities; creates additional sales for future growth; wants to win and outperform competitors
Adhere to sound account management principles for optimal credit portfolio management execution (i.e., reduced excesses, unauthorised overdrawn accounts and overdue reviews).
 Apply discretion to act on client instructions within defined mandate and escalate where applicable (e.g., client requests an EFT transfer to be made, jobholder may act on the request if within allocated mandate.
